But when it comes to the job market, they face the immense pressure of a skill gap. What companies expect isn’t what they were taught in schools and universities.

A 2024 British Council skills-gap study across several provinces highlights gaps in job-ready technical and soft skills. In IT, an often-quoted data point is that only about 10 percent of the roughly 75,000 annual IT graduates secure roles in export-oriented firms, underscoring weak industry alignment, limited practical training, and uneven employability.

That’s what gave us the reason to give these students a platform to bridge this skill gap, where aspiring students can gain hands-on experience and in-person IT training free of any cost. We have shortlisted marketable IT courses that are not just in demand in Pakistan but are also highly in demand internationally.
